Jack W. Wagner
Jack W. Wagner (Trumbull, CT) is an Atlanta-based collaborative artist, teacher, and non-profit professional. Jack holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Furman University. His instructors included Michelle Zinagle (New Haven, CT), Alina Rothenberg (Charlotte, NC), Marco Lazzeri (Arezzo, Italy), and Drs. Ruby Morgan and Derek Parsons (Greenville, SC).
Although a classically trained solo pianist who has performed throughout the US East Coast and Europe, he is most passionate about collaborating with other artists. He is an active pianist, arranger, and music director for chamber ensembles, choirs, musical theatre performances, movement-based dance collectives, and soloists. Jack also keeps a small private studio of intermediate and advanced piano students.
Outside of his musical pursuits, Jack has over eight years of non-profit development experience, including time at the United Way of Greenville County and Bridges to a Brighter Future.
Currently, he is the Director of Grants for the Atlanta Music Project, overseeing the formation and fostering of relationships with local, regional, and national funders.
