Durand Bailey is a community-minded, music production and arts nonprofit leader based in Atlanta, who specializes in developing systems that support creative and community-focused organizations. As Senior Director of Operations at the Atlanta Music Project, he oversees concert production, digital media, logistics and operational strategy across multiple programs, ensuring efficiency, safety and favorable outcomes for students, families, faculty and staff. Earlier in his career, he worked in music production for major label artists at D.A.R.P Studios, Dangerous Music and Stankonia Studios. He also was the house audio engineer for the Georgia Dome, supporting high-profile sporting and entertainment events such as Atlanta Falcon games, Monster Jam, The Chick-Fil-A Bowl and NCAA Men's Final Four Basketball. With a background in digital media, live audio production, sales and logistics, Durand brings a practical, collaborative approach to aligning strategy and technology with high impact.
