Jose L. Morales

Jose Morales is an educator, designer, and creative professional based in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised in a military family, Jose spent much of his childhood moving throughout the United States and abroad, experiences that fostered a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, artistic expression, music, and design. That global perspective continues to influence both his creative philosophy and educational approach.

With more than two decades of experience in the pageantry arts, Jose has established himself as a respected educator, choreographer, and visual designer. His instructional and design experience includes work with nationally recognized organizations such as Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps, Spirit of Atlanta, Paramount World Winter Guard, Atlanta CV, and numerous high school programs across the Southeast and Texas.

Jose's performance career began as a vocalist and dancer before transition into the pageantry arts. He has performed with the Georgia Southern University Southern Pride Marching Band, Georgia Southern University Symphonic Wind Ensemble and competed at the highest levels of Drum Corps International (DCI) and Winter Guard International (WGI), marching with Phantom Regiment, Carolina Crown, Aureus Independent, and Paramount World Winter Guard.

Beyond the pageantry arts, Jose combines his passion for storytelling, branding, and visual communication through his work in marketing and design, creating storytelling and meaningful messages.

Driven by a commitment to artistic excellence, collaboration, and inclusive leadership, Jose is dedicated to developing performers and creative teams while inspiring the next generation of artists.
