Atlanta Music Project To Feature Once Again on Monica Pearson One on One Holiday Special!
Crank up the fireplace, grab a warm holiday drink, and tune in on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! We are pleased to announce that, for the second year in a row, AMP will be featured on the special holiday episode of Monica Pearson One on One!
The one-hour segment will air on December 24th at 6pm EST on channel 17 (WPCH Peachtree TV) and December 25th at 9am EST on channel 46 (CBS). The segment will then re-air online on the Peachtree TV website after Christmas Day.
This year’s episode will feature spirited performances by the AMP Senior Youth Choir led by Keeyen Martin, and the AMP Senior Youth Orchestra led by Pablo Zamora. The orchestra will be joined by guest musicians from local college music programs and AMP faculty.
Additionally, you will get a fresh and inspiring perspective on AMP via Ms. Pearson’s interviews with current students Aria Armstead (voice), Caleb Vaughn (voice), Vincent Schubert (violin) and Yahsia Jabari (cello, voice).

Monica Kaufman Pearson is the first woman and first minority to anchor the daily evening news in Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked for 37 years at WSB-TV. She now hosts and produces Monica Pearson One on One. Previous guests have included Mayor Andre Dickens, Atlanta United FC, and rapper Yung Joc. The hour-long program is shown on Peachtree TV/ WPCH-TV in Atlanta.
