The AMP Youth Choirs are the most advanced vocal ensembles at AMP and are designed for young musicians who are already proficient singers.

Performing both standard choral music and songs representing the culture of the communities we serve, it is our goal for the AMP Youth Choirs to become one of the top youth choir programs in the country.

The AMP Youth Choirs are the most advanced vocal ensembles at AMP and are designed for middle and high school young musicians who are already proficient singers.

Performing both standard choral music and songs representing the cultures of the communities we serve, it is our goal for the AMP Youth Choirs to become one of the top youth choir programs in the country.

The AMP Youth Choirs consist of two ensembles: the Junior Youth Choir and the Senior Youth Choir. The Senior Youth Choir currently holds the title of Youth Choir Category Winner at the 2024 World Choir Games – The Open Competition.

The AMP Junior Youth Choir is an intermediate-level ensemble that performs repertoire at the middle-and high-school levels.

Young musicians in grades 6th – 8th should apply to audition for the AMP Junior Youth Choir. Young musicians in grades 9th – 12th with less than one year of choral experience should also apply to audition for the Junior Youth Choir. If a 9th – 12th grader with less than one year of choral experience is eager for a fast-paced music environment, they may apply to audition for the Senior Youth Choir.

The AMP Senior Youth Choir is an advanced-level ensemble that performs repertoire at the high school and college levels.

Young musicians in grades 9th – 12th with one or more years of choral experience should apply to audition for the Senior Youth Choir.  If a 9th – 12th grader auditions for the Senior Youth Choir but is not placed in the ensemble, they may be offered the opportunity to join the Junior Youth Choir.

AMP Youth Choirs Registration Fee: $50 per year ($10 for each additional sibling per year)

AMP Youth Choirs Tuition: All students receive a full scholarship covering tuition
